Minimum Wage Increase (AB10) Passed
the California legislature last night (9/12/13), and is on its way to the Governor's desk for signature. AB 10 would raise the minimum wage in California from its current $8/hour to $9/hour on July 1, 2014, then to $10/hour on January 1, 2016. Gov. Brown is expected to sign the bill.

If S.B. 468 clears its final hurdles, California regional center
clients could soon have the option to manage their own service
